My name is Daniele Giraud. I was born in England and have live in Izmir Turkey all my life .
After finishing school, I studied Cooking and Pastry in Southern France. Studying in France taught me French Cuisine and French Pastry. That gave me the opportunity to do an internship at the Gourmet Restaurant of the Hotel La Pergola, located in a resort in the French Pyrenees.
When I returned to Izmir, I enrolled in Izmir mutfak sanatlari enstitüsü (IMSE) and learned new pastry skills. Taking this course gave me the opportunity to become an intern at Izmir Hilton Hotel and that gave me the opportunity to learn many things I did not know in the professional kitchen.
When my internship ended, I did a moths Brista internship at a cafe called lukkans in Gaziemir
Then I used all I had learned and started working from home as Dani Bakes.
